| | o kewl im doing the 50s for a skool project 2! so popular stuff for girls included permed bangs, ponytails, peter pan collars, poodle skirts, and saddle shoes. boys wore polo or t-shirts/letter sweaters, penny loafers, and crew cuts if they were "good", and jeans/t-shirts/hair grease/leather jackets if they were "bad". Men wore grey flannel suits and "ducktail" hairstyles, and women wore poodle perms and tight waisted dresses with girdles.
